DrivLog

Your mileage log. No pen, no Excel.

A sõidupäevik is Estonia's mileage log for work trips in your own car. On paper or in Excel you look up distances, track the odometer, do the sums and remember the tax rules yourself. DrivLog does all of it and hands your accountant a clean PDF at the end of the month.

7 days free, no credit card. Then €3 per user a month.

Excel sheet for October: purpose and odometer left blank, 128 typed as text, the trip to Keila half-written. Total 473 km and €236.50.

Paper or Excel, the mistakes are the same.

Any one of them can mean the allowance is treated as salary and taxed. Here are the four most common.

Your phone knows where you've been. We don't ask.

Just like a paper log, you decide what goes in. DrivLog doesn't read GPS or track your phone in the background. The evening grocery run or a weekend drive to the countryside stays your business.

    • Location is never read or stored
    • Your employer sees only work trips
    • Your phone battery is left alone

    What are your trips worth?

An employer can pay €0.50 for every documented work kilometre, up to €550 a month, with no income or social tax.

    Questions before you start

    All questions →
Does the tax board accept an electronic mileage log?
Yes. The law doesn't require paper, it requires specific data: driver's name, registration number, odometer readings, date, route and purpose. DrivLog fills them in for every trip.
Who can receive the allowance tax-free?
Employees, public servants and management board members who drive an M1 or M1G car that doesn't belong to the employer.
What happens without a mileage log?
Then the allowance is employment income and is taxed like salary.
What do I do at the end of the month?
Export the month as PDF or Excel and send it to your accountant. The employer declares the data on the INF 14 form by 1 February of the following year.
    Can I cancel?
Any time. The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged automatically.
