Terms of Use
Last updated: April 19, 2026
1. General
These Terms of Use govern the use of the digital mileage logbook service provided by CreaTechly OÜ ('DrivLog'). By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
DrivLog is a web-based digital mileage logbook that enables businesses to maintain a logbook compliant with Estonian Tax and Customs Board (MTA) requirements, automatically calculate distances and tax-free reimbursement limits, and export the logbook in PDF and Excel formats.
3. User Account
A user account is required to use the service. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
DrivLog reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Subscription and Payment
DrivLog is a paid service: €3 per month (excl. VAT). New users receive a 7-day free trial with no payment details required.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. DrivLog does not store your payment card details.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: use the service for unlawful purposes; enter false data into the logbook; interfere with the security or operation of the service; resell or copy the service without written authorisation.
6. Intellectual Property
The DrivLog software, design, logo, and other materials are the intellectual property of CreaTechly OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.
Data you enter into the service (trip records, vehicle data) remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
DrivLog is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss resulting from service interruptions or use. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
DrivLog does not guarantee that the service will meet all future MTA requirements, as legislation may change. We recommend staying up to date with MTA guidelines.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% service availability. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. DrivLog is not liable for outages caused by force majeure or third-party providers.
9. Termination
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. DrivLog may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a material breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court unless the parties agree otherwise.
11. Changes
DrivLog may amend these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
