Who can claim logbook reimbursement?
Logbook reimbursement is available for employees, officials, and members of management bodies. Company owners cannot receive tax-free reimbursement through a logbook.
Which vehicle does the logbook cover?
The logbook applies to M1 and M1G category passenger cars not owned by the employer. Proof of usage rights is required.
Logbook declaration
Employers submit logbook data via declaration INF 14 by February 1st of the following year. DrivLog exports the required data automatically.
